  Terrible, unprofessional service, if you can even call it "service." Rude and unfriendly, lots of hidden rules, not a good company attempting to gain customer's business

  Renting at the Hale Koa was convenient. Dollar advertised a Toyota Corolla, but there were none to be had so we settled for a Kia Soul. Not a bad car for motoring around the island, but the previous driver had smoked in it and it reeked of stale tobacco smoke for several days until we could get it aired out. The key fob remote didn't work. On the bright side, we were in Hawaii for a couple of weeks enjoying the beach and sunshine, and lots of Hawaiian "Aloha"!!
