::Best coffee in town. Pretty hip place; solid and genuine. Staff is super friendly (spoiler alert: hipster af), knowledgeable, and not at all pretentious--they know their coffee is the best so they don't have to throw it in your face.

::Dogwood Coffee is top notch. I am very particular about my coffee, and Dogwood is one of the very best in the Twin Cities. They make mochas that are fantastic and are only slightly sweet. I really appreciate this as so many coffee shops make mochas disgustingly sweet (Caribou's are up there with the worst of them!). Don't expect a cheap cup of coffee. Get a pour-over or a mocha and know that it will be one of the best you can get. They have a lot of interesting varieties of coffees, and you can expect to find roast dates within a week or so. Beware of the Ethiopian varieties with "notes of blueberry"! It is not flavored coffee, though the region really has a blueberry like flavor. Not my thing, though someone else might like it? I have had this from other roasters too, so it is not a Dogwood criticism. Dogwood does regularly carry this variety. You can try before you buy, so I recommend getting a pour over. I seem to recall they will give you a free cup when you buy a bag of coffee
