  We were so unexpectedly surprised by the quality of service today! We had an issue with change of address, and the ladies at Self service machine helped us to resolve our thing in seconds! They were so nice, friendly and extremely helpful. We’re so happy, thank you so much again! 03/15/18

  Needed to register a vehicle and get a NY drivers license. Didn't make an appointment, arrived at 9am Thursday, was out of there by 10am. As long as you are prepared with the correct paperwork printed out, they do a great job helping you.

  Visited twice for renewal, were done under 40min even without appointment (appointment slot was too late so I went earlier as regular customer). Staff are mostly efficient and friendly, making sure I have my ticket, was aware of the ticket display board, waiting in the right area, even to check to make sure I gather all my stuff and the receipt is correct before leaving! Totally changed my view of DMV. Bonus point, you can get to it with stepping outside of the mall.

  Don’t even bother with this place if you don’t have to. The judges systematically side with the officers.... no justice. They want to take as much money from you as possible. You will always be slapped with a fine. Stay far away!!!!
