  If you want the best for your child, stay far away from this place! No hospitality, unsanitary. Nurses did not wash or sanitize upon taking blood from my newborn. I feel guilty for not stepping in immediately. Didn’t know how to do a heel poke. Just awful experience. Switched to a Beaumont endocrinologist

  The receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. Tried calling several times a week for the past 3 weeks. No living person will answer. They do not return messages left either. I had to drive my child out for a fasting 8 AM blood draw only to be sent away. The receptionist gave me the wrong address to Detroit's Childrens Hospital. The Detroit location was amazing. The Canton location needs to be reprimanded for their lack of empathy. The receptionist does not want you to use their location, is not helpful and does not care about their patients.

  My daughter was referred here by her pediatrician for her seizures and this has by far been my worst experience was a medical facility ever, they never answer the phone or return my calls after I leave multiple messages, I trying to get my daughters test results right now and I have been calling for 5 days straight I found her another doctor but I just wanted her results that I have been waiting for! Just horrible

  We had an appt with a pediatric neurologist here last week for my daughter. I was happy and relieved to have her patiently listen to all of my concerns. We're getting some thorough tests done for my daughter over the next few weeks. Dr Mahmood (I hope I spelled that correctly) was great and we are coming back here for a G.I. appt as well!
