::Anh Tran at DLXco was fantastic. He went out of his way to help my fiance and I find a place on short notice. I must address the above comment by Mrs. Hannah Kim, as I am the client Anh represented, and we were supposed to move into the unit at Mura #634. We had signed the lease agreement and paid the deposit over a month in advance. 3 days before our agreed upon move in date, the owners defaulted on the lease and did not honor the agreement. Communication with Anh Tran, my agent, were timely, professional and appropriate. He helped us mediate communications with the owners and their agent, but was left empty handed. The owners did not take any responsibility, and we had to scramble to find a new accommodations. I am quite surprised that the owners would try to review an agent and a company that did not even represent them. On the contrary, as a client advocate, I believe Anh did an excellent job. He found us a new place within days and everything went smoothly. Thanks again Anh!

::Anh Tran was a terrific agent to work with. He was patient, understanding, helpful and diligent. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Los Angeles, especially in the Historic Core/Downtown/ Little Tokyo areas which he knows extremely well. Thanks for all your help Anh!

::I had a terrible experience with this agent. He is an arrogant ,incompetent ,most unreliable and shady agent. I will be very surprised if he can be successful with his dishonest attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with him.

::DLXco helped me find a fabulous, modern yet affordable condo in Los Angeles. Being my first home, I was very new to the process of looking for prospective homes and attaining appropriate loan approvals. DLXco found me my gem condo and guided me through the whole process. Thank You DLXco! Next time I’ll call on you for when I decide to go for a dream house!

::Anh Tran is the worst agent I've ever worked with. Super shady and unethical. I hired him to help me buy a loft in DTLA that I had my eye on, and he was virtually useless. Tough to get a hold of, dishonest with what was going on and lazy. In the end, I did not make the purchase through him. Next thing I know, after working with him I get an email from him on behalf of my slumlord landlord, trying to bully me and my husband and two kids into staying in a mold-infested apartment that we were temporarily renting in which we had no hot water, no working kitchen sink, a broken washer/dryer, a broken dishwasher, and a broken black out shade so that we get no sunlight. Not to mention that the apartment was making me physically ill while I was pregnant because of the mold situation. Not only that, but he also tried to tell us that we were responsible not only for the rent for the remainder of the lease despite all these violations by the landlord and the unlivable conditions, but also that we were responsible for a bunch of other illegal fees and charges - including HIS broker fees to re-rent the slum-lord unit! All this, keeping in mind that I was a client of his. When you are purchasing real estate, you want to know you can trust the person representing you. Obviously that is not the case with Anh Tran. In all his arrogance as a "broker associate" and "loft specialist" (whatever THAT means), he must have forgotten that both I and my husband are attorneys and that I own three rental properties and that both I and my husband come from families who own numerous apartment buildings, so I am well aware of the law and her violation of it. It's sad to think how many people he takes advantage of who are less aware of the laws than I am. I will also add that he originally listed the slum-lord apartment we rented with a bunch of lies. He counted a dining nook as a bedroom, despite the fact that there is no fourth wall, closet or window. He also tried to cover up the MANY things that were falling apart with the unit and did not disclose any of them. I ended up buying the unit I originally hired him for, but with a different agent whom I could trust. Anh is shady, dishonest, stupid, and unethical. I wouldn't go near him for any work that involves buying, selling, or renting real estate. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
