  While I was purchasing some ice cold beer at a very reasonable (as far as mini-marts go) price, a fat ogre of a woman abruptly cut in front of me and offered sex to the cashier for a pack of Newports. He replied, bashfully, "no, I can't do that." Then the sea hag turned to me and whistled through her teeth "you wanna go? Five Bucks. Or buy me that pack of Newports." I politely turned her down and showed her that I only had my debit card. She stumbled out and I put my beer on the counter. I asked if this sort of thing happened often and the kind man behind the register chuckled and said "far too often."
