  This place is nicely decorated and has a good variety of drinks, but it felt pretentious and everything was overpriced. The service seemed almost intentionally slow just to get a beer. I live a couple blocks away, but will definitely look for other places for happy hour.

  A quick bite on the way home from the train station. Crispy braised pork belly w Brussels sprouts, candied kumquat glaze, parsnip apple puree, hazelnut brown butter. Monday evening atmosphere was nice, maybe 35 people. Friendly service and good bar tender. Great location.

  Great ambiance, service, extensive drinks menu including whiskey flights. Really great food, too! A gem in old oakland perfect for dates and special occasions.

  I like coming to this trendy bar for watching ball games. They have a wide selection of alcohol and some bar food. Other, than the drinks I really like the cheese plates they offer. It's not very expensive unless you get the big cheese platter. Which is about $40. That's about all I ever ate here, though I'm sure their oysters are pretty good here as well. If you come here early enough you could grab a lounge chair and chill and drink with friends. It's quite cozy. Even if you wanted some food, swans market is just around the corner. Cheers

  Great place for tapas style dining. Food was all really good and the beer selection was solid. The only thing that I can complain about was lack of servers; Too few for such a busy place. The servers themselves were top notch.
