  Love this place. They carry a great variety of healthy and natural dog food and treats including birthday cakes in addition to clothing, toys, leashes, and other items. I buy cupcakes here for my dog's birthday as well as other treats (and birthday hats). I even got doggy beer for his 3rd ("21st") birthday. Prices are great for treats at this boutique and I always make an effort to stop by when I'm in the area (feel free to also bring your pup, there's a dog park right across the street)! Also join their membership points program when you purchase! Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

  Really cute store for dogs. They have lots of different food and treats. There's also some cool toys sometimes. It's owned by a very nice couple are very knowledgeable about animals.

  A great neighborhood pet store in Greenpoint. Cute store, great selection of quality pet food and litter. I wish there was more for cats aside from the great food collection - there's some cardboard scratching posts, some cute collars, litter boxes, a small selection of toys. But hey, it's District Dog, after all, not District Cat! It's a great addition to the neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I ask for recommendations, and they were nice enough to display flyers for neighborhood cats that I had rescued. Really nice people who care a lot about pets and also operate a rescue for area dogs and cats.
