::Second time in life filing small claims. Plaintiff has to mail certified mail for small claims THEMSELVES. In other states I believe the court does it for you and it's not even certified mail. Unless the mail returned defendant must be present. But here....so much hassle and pretty much favors defendants(not the judgment but the process of filing a case)

::At least paying traffic tickets is easy! Never a line since a lot of ppl don't pay, I guess.😜 Definitely not a fan of the court system, however. There they are much less efficient.

::Don't bother calling. I've been on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes, and apparently the city hires incompetent workers who don't know how to pick up a telephone. After the automated phone system entries, I still haven't been able to speak to a live person...
