  I went in for a certified copy of a legal name change after a divorce. I had my three year old with me. Every officer gave him a high five and a sticker, and everyone we spoke to to get where we needed to be was so polite and kindhearted. Honestly, the best government building experience I've ever had. Bravo, Travis County!
