  Your one stop shop when you need help at Disneyland. Staffed by some of the best cast members the park has to offer you will not be disappointed. Truth be told over the last 20 years I have been to City Hall for a issue with a ticket and giving feedback on an outstanding cast member. On both occasions I have to say the customer service was above and beyond. They are staffed with many bilingual cast members and they are always smiling. Working a customer service desk is hard but I can only imagine what it’s like for a Disneyland cast member. They do their job very well.

  Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is where you get your "celebratory" pins from birthdays to honeymoons.

  Customer service building of the park that lost items first pass through before going to the lost and found. You can get free buttons here for first time visits, birthdays, or anything you maybe celebrating. Cast members here can answer questions, and any lost child will be taken here by cast members.
