  Oh yes i love this store is always empty in a good way i dont have to fight on lines and they have variety i wich they have more ariel mugs and employees are always magical.

  I always get treated like family and they always have everything in need in the store its a AWESOME store to get the party things you need to have a great AWESOME time

  The employees there were so cheerful and the place had all the toys of most Disney themes with good discounts.

  I NEVER in a MILLION years thought that I would have to write a bad review for the Disney Store. I have been to many Disney stores and yet to experience what I did with this one. I had to return something and the cast member that was taking care of it I believe was either the store manager or someone on the management team. She was so rude and acted all pissy with my return. When I asked her for my original receipt back she shoved it to me. I know and understand Disney magic and this person does not have that in her. I really hope that you don't treat others guests like that way you did with me. I have never had a bad experience like I did with this store and I am pretty disappointed.

  I was just at the store about 3 hours ago. This time I came with my 6 Year old who wanted a Cars die-cast toy. No problem.. go to the register and the same lady who rang me up earlier is ringing me up now. I only had my credit card with me because carrying my son and my purse at the mall is too much. She takes my card, mind you the same card I used 3 hours ago, and now asks me for my ID, at which point I tell her I don't have it. I go on and explain to her she rang me up before and I'm using the same card. She says I'm so sorry........I can't! Whatever lady! You suck! I left with my son broken hearted! I understand the security aspect of her position, but I was there earlier......nothing's changed! I will never set foot back in that store again! Screw you lady, and screw you Disney!
