::What a total s* show. Where to begin? The service is nonexistent and there are only 5 tables inside & 3 outside, with 2 servers. It's hot as hades in there & not a cube of ice to be found. The mussels were good, not great. The cauliflower - also good, not great. The pasta - ditto. But here's the kicker - after over an hour into this meal, a bill is presented to us. Uhhhh - we never got our fish entree? When we told our server - "ohhh uhhh, we are out of fish". WHAT THE....? After a few min, server came back & offered us steak. Meanwhile, the 4-top next to us seated just after us had only received 1/2 of their entrees. The cursory apology was insincere at best. They seem to pride themselves on their chaos. Sorry guys - your food isn't that good to excuse what an absolute mess this dinner was. The 2-top next to us said, WTH is going on in here? Ridiculous!

::Amazingly fresh, seasonal dishes. The poboy was fantastic as the breading was not overpowering. The meatballs were rich and delicious

::Don't get me wrong, Dish Dive has amazing cuisine, but my server after valentines day (bearded fellow) seemed like a bit of a slacker. Bare minimum, it doesn't take much to keep your table's water glasses full. Secondly, don't tell the people standing in the doorway that the table you are sitting at is almost available. There's no better way to make your guests feel rushed and like they're not supposed to be there. Don't be so transactional. You have a personality.

::Cozy BYOB atmosphere with excellent seasonal food, cooked right in front of you if you sit at the two seat bar. Text early for reservations for prime time eating, but we've had luck walking in at opening or closer to closing time. The pork belly with French toast is a favorite. Only about 20 seats and space is at a premium. Our date night favorite.

::BYOB for gourmet food in a casual environment. Never seen anything like it before. It's a tiny place- five tables and a bar that seats three. It's a good idea to call ahead for reservations (although we waited 25 minutes past our reservation). It's clear that everyone who works here is passionate about their food. I hear the menu changes all the time, so we'll be back for more!
