  Mostly happy with them but they are a corporation before they're a service business. Had a really good tire I needed mounted but they won't touch it because it's 11 years old. I can't say that I appreciate that. Small business tire stores are much more apt to provide the service you really want

  Great service and prices they actually care. Listening to Jimmy on the phone and he said I will do whatever it takes to help you find that tire. We were standing in line and was told I'll be with you in a minute twice by two employees. Awesome had my truck in and tires changed very fast! I was truly amazed. I have been there once before for my wife's car and will be back for all my tire needs been going to pep boys but congratulations discount you stole me away from them with your Superior custom service thanks

  Professionally run shop. They got me in and out for a tire rotation and rebalancing on a Saturday morning in under 15 minutes. Latest visit: walked in with a flat at 5:55 PM. They fixed the flat and rotated my tires in 15 minutes. Great service.

  This is my local Discount Tire location. Anytime I have tire issues, I go here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Forewarned, I feel they do try to sell you new tires before you actually need them. If you go in knowing your car, you'll be fine. But I wish the customer service was a tad better.
