  Have been here twice and both times have had great customer service. I feel that they have been very honest with me and help me out where they can. Josh has been awesome. The rest are very friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone go here for tire work.

  Dennis clearly has better things to do than to take care of anyone. I've been in twice recently and gotten the same treatment both times. I'll never go back to this location for anything, ever. I just spent $1,700 on tires, but it wasn't there!

  Good service from a new hire. He must've just gotten out of high school and already had good knowledge of the tire biz. Went above and beyond to make sure I didn't leave without a NEW tire to replace a questionable tire I initially stopped in to have evaluated. The new guy offered me the cheapest tire in my size and when I declined his offer, took it to the next level with an additional $10.00 off. Kudos to you pal.

  This place always has the best prices and the best service . I've tried many other tire shops and none compare . They are usually busy but workers are very fast and efficient . You can order any tires or wheels online also. The warranty they offer is cheap and I've always had an easy time getting tires replaced for free.

  I have been a customer at Discount Tire for 17 years. I have visited locations all over the USA and I can say with out a doubt that the Lake Worth location is the best! The customer service at this location is beyond exceptional; the Manager Ryan, always stops what he is doing to greet me or my wife when we are in for service. The staff is so pleasant and kind! Before they begin inquiring about your tire needs they introduce themselves and take a few moments to get to know you. If I drop my vehicle off the staff recognizes me and meets me outside with my keys before I can make it to the door! I am nobody special, so I am led to believe that they treat all their customers with the same exceptional service. I have always been a Discount Tire advocate, however, after experiencing the amazing customer service Ryan and his team provides I will be a Lake Worth customer for life. If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area I strongly recommend bring your business to the Lake Worth location, you will not be disappointed.
