  Same quality of product that you can expect from Discount Tire, but the customer experience at this location is so sub-par, it is better to drive to ANY other location in the area. It has taken me 3 separate trips in the past week for them to just get things right, and this isn't even the first issue I have had with this location. If you don't know about vehicles, and what to expect for the work you have done, avoid this Location at all cost!

  Just wanted to say that the store has a positive atmosphere. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Fisher who is also the General Manager, and a professional who knows his business! He was very patient and detailed when it came to assisting me with purchasing my new tires. His staff was also great! The experience was very rewarding and I will recommend others who are looking to purchase new tires. Good Customer Service is always a plus! Thanks again!!!

  I have been a loyal customer for several years! And can honestly say that this store has stepped up there standards and commitment to customers. You can notice that the recent new store Manager Dazohn is dedicated to invest his knowledge and experience with his team with goals of achieving success! IF you have not stopped by recently please return as I am confident you will receive excellent customer service and the guys would love to have you as a returning or new customer.

  This has got to be the slowest store in town. They honer their agreements and provide you with expected service and some unexpected services. It's just the wait for that service is so long. They pride themselves on being the lowest price in town but that's not the case. They are usually busy and so the staff is as courteous as they can be and still keep up with that pace. My daughter took her car to them not once not twice but three times before they got the right Diagnoses and fixed her car. That wasn't the first time that happen. I have been to other location and they seem to be a little more organized.

  I am a loyal customer of Discount Tire and have been for over a decade. The customer service is unparalleled. I recommend them to anyone needing tires. I stand by this review from several months ago. I was in again today, on a Saturday, and the service was outstanding. Keep up the great work!
