  They have a very professional, courteous and helpful staff. Despite the long line for car pickups in the late afternoon I was helped in a few minutes. I was surprised to discover they had my specific size runflat tire in stock. I’ve never experienced such luck before with other tire shops. I’ve found my new shop going forward!

  Nice people, but this location is super busy. They told me 45 minutes and it ended up 1.5 hours of waiting. Try and call ahead if possible to check wait times. Making an appointment is also helpful.

  This is the only place I'll buy tires or get them repaired. Their customer service is amazing and their work is second-to-none. I wish I could give them six stars.

  Very helpful! I ended up with a large metal piece in my tire (which was losing air quickly) and had to drive from Downtown to Katy in rush hour. I found the closet Discount Tire, which was this location. Even though I showed up at 6pm (closing time), theyg were still very will g to help me. I could not have made it home without their help. THANK YOU!!

  I bought new tires at this location. They installed and balanced them. I noticed a bumpy ride and my steering wheel vibrated on the highway. Came back a few days later. They said all 4 tires were out of balance but they rebalanced and were fine now. I do not know how things could changed that much in 2 days. Went out on the highway and tires are still not balanced. I’m not surprised. They rushed me in and out.
