  Jason runs a great shop! Everyone is moving. Everyone is quick to check if you've been helped and you definitely know that they're aware that you're there and will be seen as quickly as possible. Excellent service and customer service!

  My most recent visit found me with 3 new tires that seemed good, thought I hadn't heard of the name, Continental Contact.....????? Then when I got on the freeway, the noise and ride was much rougher and louder than my previous Yokohama's. So, I talked to the manager Jason at the Camelback Road store and took those tires back. Turns out with the amount of driving I do each week, I need more of a high performance tire than an all season tire. Jason looked up what was comprable to the former Yokohama tire, and found me a set that was brand new, cheaper than the Continentals, and guaranteed for 50,000 miles. I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct that something wasn't right. This was the better tire: Yokohama Advan. Thank you Jason @ Camelback.

  Don’t tell me you have “plenty” of my tires in stock (at the store) to choose from and to come down so “we can get you started”, then when I get there tell me you only have one pair that costs $200 each. So my options were to do that or to wait until the afternoon for the tires I asked for over the phone to come in. I understand this is common in the tire business to order in tires, but I don’t like being lied to. So I went somewhere else 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Discount Tire is hard to beat in my opinion. While I'm sure you can save a few dollars on tires by shopping around, it's hard to beat their customer service. They offer basic services like rotation, inflation, and repairs at no charge while competitors charge for these services. While they are typically busy, they are also crazy fast. I'm a big fan.
