  Walked in, stood there for like 15 minutes, and the one guy standing at the desks didn't even acknowledge me. He was with a customer, but would it have killed him to throw me a "hi there, I'll be right with you, we're a bit overloaded today"? And then, even through I drove an hour through traffic to get there for my appointment, they told me they weren't gonna be able to do a simple winter tire change in less than 2 hours, (even though that kind of thing only takes about an hour) so I had to leave and schedule another appointment because I didn't have 3 hours in the middle of a Wednesday to just sit around.

  They have to work a little bit more with the precision of the appointment schedule. They started to work in my car 40 minutes after I arrived.

  Horrible customer service! I’m here for a tire rotation and air leak. The guy helping me must be hung over or high. Looking at my car tire I shared that one of my tire on the left side was leaking, he said that they can’t do anything about unless I know exactly which one. Like hello why would I be here. While entering my information he mention “your car is tan?” Like seriously we were just out there. I looked at him like seriously it’s blue. He got some other information wrong too as I had to repeat my self. The frustration..

  Great place for new tires! I was looking for a new set of specific brand/model tires for one our cars but they weren't in stock. They got them in the same day, on a weekend plus a $75.00 rebate. Wow! I go in to drop off the car but had to cancel because of some personal business plan change. Just in a nick of time, before the first real ice/snow storm that hit the Twin Cities this winter season, a day later, I drop the car off, the evening before and at 9am they called me to tell me that the car was I ready. They still honored the $75.00 rebate. Can't beat that! Impeccable Customer Service!
