  I can give this place 5 stars now. That mean on Mathis guy came by while I was there a year ago and seemed so smug and treated his employees like scum. But since Pep boys took over the guys seem so much more Happy. I recommend them

  Kevin was extremely pleasant and very informative with any questions i had about my car and services. Everyone there is always friendly and greets you with a smile. So if you are shopping around for the best car care service, with reasonable prices please stop by Direct Tire on Frayser Blvd. and check them out.

  The best customer service in the city! I visited after work and the store manager Kevin Giles, was very knowledgeable, and courteous. He exceeded my expectations. They were prompt in telling me what problem I had with my truck, and proceeded to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Direct Tire on Frayser Blvd, to any one with car trouble.   Took me a while, but I'm making good on a promise because it's well warranted. Kevin @ Direct Tire on Frayser Blvd in Memphis Tennessee truly went above and beyond to resolve the issues we had with our Chrysler Pacifica. To Kevin and his team I say "Thank You from the bottom of my heart". Your patience and attitude are commendable. Keep up the great work. I'LL BE BACK....

  For starters, I was acknowledged immediately by Robert, with a smile. He assessed my tires, while listening to my concerns. After he check my tire pressure, he noticed a FAT nail lodged in my back passenger tire. He told Kevin & Kevin told me my best options. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was very knowledgeable. I drove off within 35 minutes with a brand new tire & a new "go to" tire shop!! Thanks Direct Tire Distributors!!!
