  Great and friendly gym with so much to offer. The pool is always nice and warm, and the bikes and stairmasters are conveniently located near the sun room. As always, the locker rooms are kept exceptionally clean and they both have a sauna to soothe everything out. The whirlpool out by the pool is large with powerful jets to relax your muscles. Honestly, it is the best whirlpool in all of Rockland County. But most of all it is the staff who are so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about which machines to use for all of my various needs that make this such a wonderful environment - one that I have enjoyed each time I visit for over 12 years. Prices can't be beat!!

  Best Gym! It has everything you would need from a swimming pool to weights to running tracks to yoga classes. The owner is a great person and the members are very very nice which validates that positive energy attracts positive people.

  If you're looking for a great place to work out, get stronger, feel better, this is it. Unlike big corporate run gyms, this gym is family run and it shows for over 40 years now. Bruce, his daughter Maude and staff make you feel like family. When I joined I looked at other big gyms first, then I met with Bruce. His personal touch along with everything the gym has to offer, made my decision for me. 6 mths later I am still going strong. BTW, I've never lasted more than a couple months before quitting with any other gym or exercise regimen before the Diplomat
