This is probably the worst Ding Tea in CA. First time going to this location so I expected it to be the same as other locations. Ordered the usual Thai Tea thinking it would be like the other locations. I saw them mix together water and powder! Will never go back to this location after watching them use powder to make milk teas.

Came by tonight at 916pm John told my son all blenders are broken . Staff needs to be trained and if you have a sign stating store closes at 930, stand by it. You can still take my order. 1st time. Register shut down after taking the white couples order before me . Second time , No more Thai or boba but they had 6 drinks to the side . Gave my son one of them . Only because I brought to their attention. Third time they have denied my business here! They told my son all blenders are broken. I came inside to verify that . They told me let me rephrase it we shut them down . (Blenders) Not giving them my business anymore . Visit Cali Tea on south . The staff is friendly and great service !

We showed up 15 min before closing time with a fairly large order- most places and staff would frown upon this but not here at Ding Tea. The staff was very friendly and patient, especially the lady who took our order. The tea was all delicious and high quality. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

Great menu, great customer service and very reasonable prices. I found them though Yelp and was Intrigued by their reviews. Decided to check them out and I was disappointed. Their tea and drink selection is great, reasonably priced with fast service. Parking is a bit convoluted because it’s proximity to Ross and their crazy shoppers who want to park right in front of Ross. I would recommend you park close to Wells Fargo and just walk a bit to avoid the competition for parking spaces. Besides that, great and trendy place.

First time coming here. I got the Hokkaido Black Milk Tea and Vanilla Milk Tea with boba. Boy oh boy the boba is so fresh. Both drinks tasted good. Definitely coming back to try the other drinks.
