  Dimensional Training is so much more than it appears to be. At first, I was completely overwhelmed by the expectations set by the staff and the other members but I quickly understood the difference between this and other "gyms." The staff at Dimensional truly focuses on the individual needs and goals of their clients. They push you beyond what you believe is possible for yourself and their encouragement and guidance makes attaining those goals a reality. So grateful for their help, their positivity and their belief in my abilities. Couldn't recommend them more!

  If u want ur body fit with the latest teknects come to this gym everyone here is awesome !!!! Adrina ,Andrew ,Chris,and they other guy all teach classes,boxing,SAVE A BOTTY SAVE A LIFE !! Wait leffting,they even have a physical therapist on sight Dr.Peter !!!!!! Love this place, also this picture is from my daughter one to one until the teen classes start mon and wednesday 5 to 6😊

  Hands down, best gym I've ever been to!! All of the trainers are phenomenal. Chris makes you want to work harder and be better, Elvis is motivating and helps you strengthen your weaknesses, and Adrina is tough, encouraging and a sweetheart.

  This is not a gym! It's a training studio with wonderful trainers who care about their clients. I cancelled my other gym membership to be part of a family! Workouts are great.

  Andrew spent the first 20 minutes of our meeting, studying my body's movements and muscle movement habits and tendencies as I followed a simple guided workout. At the end of my workout, he came up to me and pointed out some of my weaknesses and the possible repercussions I would face if I didn't start to listen to my body and give it some well needed attention. As he talked, I felt the chills...he knew EXACTLY where my body was frail...it was like he had been reading my body's movements like a language. I left my first workout feeling like I had met a physical fitness guru. Not only was this guy incredibly kind, approachable, and positive...but he was able to make me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. Dimensional Training is unique in that it is multi-"dimensional," you work out all of the body's muscles including the one's that don't get too much attention. 6 weeks of 60 minute morning work out classes and there are already changes to my physique. I do not have the end-of-the-workday backache, my posture has improved, and I look and feel stronger. Now, I won't say waking up every morning and heading to the gym to work my ass off is something I yearn to do, but as my new workout buddy says..."You just have to show up and then the rest of your day is awesome." So to anyone and everyone out there, I definitely recommend Dimensional Training Studios, not just because of Andrew or because of his awesome staff and friendly workout teams, but because of the innovative and dynamic system of working out that Dimensional Training offers. Whether you are a runner, swimmer, lifter, crossfitter, or newbie, Dimensional Training's rounded approach towards working out will allow you to take your run or swim to the next level. Because of Dimensional Training I am working toward a healthy goal which will have life long implications! Thanks Andrew & the team!! :)
