Great dim sum! My pregnant wife got a craving and we rushed before they closed, we made it 10 min before they closed and they still took us. The service was great and they place very clean. The food amazing and super fast. Will most definitely go back:)

Used to be a good spot. Now under new ownership and the quality and service has really taken a hit. No longer a go-to for me. A shame because Charlotte doesn't have many Dim Sum options.

Authentic Chinese food, price is not terrible, and service is good. They just switched owners, and under previous management it was better, but still best authentic in Charlotte.

Service was extremely SLOW, lack of manpower and inexperience staffs were running the restaurant! A waitress had us wait for ice water while she was taking her time to sort out the plates which was not that urgent and low priority! We ordered few items on a dim sum sheet, but a manager/owner miscommunicated as to go order and had us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! The food taste were fine, but their menu did not not have any authenticate Chinese dishes but just American Chinese styles, so gave me a reason to believe their dim sum were frozen food made by a factory in advance order and just reheated before serving! One good thing was their dim sum were well listed for the prices that unlike its competitor Dragon Court which did not list prices at all!

Service is good as it was before and the server was an original employee before the shutdown. It was a warm reunion. There was a small issue and the server was graciously trying to help but the new owner/manager was very uninterested. If his rude behavior continues, the building will be vacant again very soon. I’m not sure if he fully understands the culture of good customer service. The parking lot is normally empty and he’s doing a great job of making sure customers do not return if they have any interaction with him. I’ll never return again.
