  This place is a mess. I have been avoiding it all the times I come to the mall but this one day we went early to get my daughter's ears pierced at Claire's but they were not ready so we walked around the mall for a little then I see dillard's thinking ok ill go in and see if I can find any deals, nope no way. This place is cram packed w/clothes sizes r all over and its just a mess. Thry should just give there clothes to TJ max or Ross and be done.

  Lots to go through. You need patience. Always amazing deals. Worth the trip. Beware all sales are FINAL.

  Good deals to be found here every time I shop there. The customer service needs improvement though. Either the service is great or its terrible, there is no consistency. Even the managers are lacking skills in relating to the public, the one I had an exchange with was sub-human. She spoke at me and not to me, but maybe that’s her culture. Also they need more fitting rooms if that’s possible.

  I got my dream wedding dress thanks to Trish! She answered all of my questions and provided me with great suggestions - I didn't even really know what I wanted and Trish was able to guide me through ... I left our appointment feeling well informed and confidently I was in the best hands. My final dress was beyond what I expected - I'm so so happy.
