  I frequented this Dillard’s often due to their fragrance section. There was one very helpful associate named Rocio who was the reason for me returning so often. One of the best fragrance associates iv ever encountered, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately one time when I was there another male fragrance associate was sort of helping. He was a bit rude, not just to me, but to Rocio as well. I did make a purchase, but if it hadn’t been for her I wouldn’t have. Unfortunately she has left and I’m not sure I will return to this Dillard’s without her.

  I can see why nobody shops the men's shoe department, you have to beg them to help you.

  I used to work at this Dillard's about 10 years ago and I loved it, we had a great environment and got constant motivation to meet our quota. Now every time I go shop at this Dillard's it seems that the sales associates don't even acknowledge if they are giving a worthy experience. I love the cosmetics department but don't enjoy the shopping.

  Found some really nice shoes 👠. But was really hard to pay because there was no one ☝️ at the cash register. So I had to walk around looking for a cashier.

  Store is disappointing, often is poorly merchandised, or the displays look disheveled. The service in the women's shoe department is usually good, and I have found quality help some days in lingerie, that being said, the store has a feel of being under staffed at times, and lacks any type of personality. It does however have quality clothing. **side note housewears, and men's are in a second store***
