  Well I dont have a problem finding my size in shoes.. However my wife wears a sz 5 and 5.5 and she has some challenges when selecting shoes.. she often just orders her shoes from their website

  Went to look for a specific brand in the beauty department and was attended well by the sales associate, and was glad to find that they also had James Avery in the store so i was able to get two things done at once.

  I inquired about a makeover for a facial chart. I did NOT say for “free”, nor did I imply for a fleeting moment that I wasn’t interested in making a purchase, but, after exchanging glances with each other in a manner that suggested neither woman behind the counter wanted to assist me, one silently began to walk toward the other counter as I attempted to speak, I had questions about skincare and AS I WAS MID SENTENCE, the other lady took it upon herself to walk up, interrupting me, to be sure and tell me that “it’s not for free, just so you know. You have to purchase at least two items from us.” I never once asked for anything free, but conveniently, and in direct contradiction to the rudeness of this woman, there IS A SIGN clearly displayed in MULTIPLE locations throughout the store that stresses the existence of a makeover that is indeed free, with “no strings attached, no purchase necessary”. I’m curious as to why this assumption was made and offered to me without provocation. Perhaps my hair texture or the complexion of my friend? I’d hate to believe that. I was so put off by the assumption that a; I wanted something for free, and b; something that happened to actually be advertised as free was suddenly not. Calls placed to this location went unanswered.

  Helpful staff, really...they will go out of their way to find your shoe size. Beautiful selection, and nice high end, designer fashion. Just a great place to shop in North Star Mall, with great sales and regular priced merchandise. Shop there regularly.

  Dillard's is visually appealing store very beautiful merchandise arranged perfectly, I was in the Cosemetics area everyone is very nice and quick to assist you, asked several questions about the correct way to apply some creams very helpful employee I will be back to get my favorite one. Northstore location.
