::The fellow in women's shoes was LESS than enthusiastic to assist us. Recommended we go to Alan's Shoes on Speedway for more "comfort" shoes! Said in a very deragatory tone. (We are there now!) My friend did get a fabulous Karl Lagerfeld cat purse! Thanks Rose in purses!!!

::Dillard's employees are very helpful and will attempt to make everything right. After shopping there for many years the quality of their products have never gone down, nor have I ever returned anything, unless it was mis-sized. What I'm really always in awe with at Dillard's, is their continually, year around sells in different departments. Almost any time I have gone into Dillard's, there is a sale going on that totally meets my budget. Not many times in 25 years of shopping at this department store have I came out empty handed. Quality, quality, quality!!!

::The worst customer service ever to come from one of the big department stores. Today, after having called ahead and verified the availability of an item I wanted, I drove the 50 minutes to this location. I also had a pair of shoes to return. After much searching, I couldn't find the item so I asked for help. The woman in the CK department searched on her computer and saw it was in store, but she too was unable to find it. Giving up, I said I wanted to return the shoes and leave. She said "Oh no. You can't return them at this register. You need to go to the shoe department." Never mind the shoe department was one floor down and clear across the other end of the store. I went downstairs and stopped in the men's shoe department as it was close to my car. I went to the counter to return the shoes. "Oh no," I was told. "You need to return those to WOMEN'S shoes!" Guess where the women's shoes were? Again, clear across the store! Frustrated now I went there and told the cashier that they really need to improve their customer experience, as I can't imagine a major retail store being unable to return at any counter in any department. She was apologetic, but admitted that they force us to return to the original department because they hope you buy something else!! I was shocked to hear this disgusting greedy behavior of Dillards. I asked her for the phone number of the store manager and before she could reply, another older male employee very sarcastically said the phone number out loud to me very fast so I had no hope of remembering it or writing it down. Overall horrendous service from Dillards. I'll stick to Macy's.
