  I love Dillard's. If you catch them right one can find really great deals, usually at a season change.

  Went to purchase clothing for my grandson who wanted dress pants for travel. We did most of the searching yourself. Purchased 2 nice pair. Then went to the men's shoes. An older gentleman helped purchase men's shores for our 13 year old that wears men's shoes. We were able to purchase a pair that did not cost a fortune. Just perfect.

  Huge women's clothing department on the second floor. There's a wide range of prices from sale to designer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you like to walk and browse, this is the place for you. I bought two nice blouses here.

  I always buy my shoes here for events and parties however I'm not coming back anymore because of the very rude lady who seemed to be Indian who assisted me. Someone always assists me when I go shopping in Dillard's esp. in women's shoes but she was off that day. This rude lady who assisted me just throw the boxes on the floor. She just gave the shoes to me and walked away to assist other people. It wasn't busy and there are other salesladies who are just standing but I needed to wait for her because she is still getting the shoes for the other customer she assisted after me. I can't understand why she is being so rude. I have lots of questions and suggestions to ask but she turned me down like that. She came back and asked if I'm getting the shoes and I just said No, not because of whether I like the shoes or not but because of how she treated me. First time to walk out of Dillard's without having to buy anything. 1st time to experience bad customer service here and I'm not coming back!!!

  The store itself isn’t bad. I had an interview there and it went really well so I got scheduled for a second interview. The reason I’m rating low is because woman doing my second interview walked up to me and I don’t even think she called me by name. She put her hands to her chest, crossed her fingers and just said she couldn’t interview me because they have a strict dress code and I was wearing jeans. Well they said business casual and I did with what I had ( blouse, jeans, flats and a cardigan). She didn’t shake my hand or even say we can reschedule which is completely fine. I just think they should have let me know ahead of time and not use it as an excuse to not interview me. The person who originally interviewed me walked by and ducked her head really low pretending she didn’t see me. Just hoping to warn others as they do start at a fairly good pay.
