  service is Horrible. It is almost impossible to return things. i was trying to return a home appliance in 24 hours. they refused and even the owner yelled at me on the phone. what kind of store is that?

  They sell refurbished products as New One. Sucks. Everyone working there is a liar.

  Service horrible. They sell broken appliance. My parents bought a humidifier from this place last year and just opened the box yesterday. It didn't work. No one mentioned about the warrenty, which was 3 months from the date of purchase. When they called they didn't want to help in anyways. Another friend of mine bought a refrigerator from this place which was broken also. They had to replace a part of a brand new refrigerator with their own money. My parents are very unhappy about the situation. Never shop here.

  Their service is HORRIBLE!! Had the worst experience ever. There's no return policy on the defective product they sold.
