  Very professional staff! They send you an email with pictures and the estimate together so you know what’s going on and you’re not getting duped. I def recommend them.

  I received the best customer service ever in an auto repair shop. I spoke directly with the mechanic, in an office ( this was new) and given information on my car in an understandable way. While the news was not good, I felt I could trust the information I received. Congrats to Dicky Smalls for getting the formula (customer service, competence, responsiveness and cost) right. I hope to be a.customer for life.
