  They have the basic selection of stuff you might need, and there are no alternative sporting goods stores, so if you have to go here you have to go here. The staff knows nothing and doesn’t care to know, to the point that the word “ball” might confuse them. Nobody will ever help you find or fit anything, or respond to you in any way that is remotely useful or helpful.

  Chain store that sells the same type of stuff you would get at any other "Dick's". The staff has decent knowledge of the stock.

  I am not a regular patron of sporting good stores but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this store to purchase a present for my husband. Very good customer service and a large amount of merchandise. The prices seemed reasonable! Lots of parking!

  Pros: Always a sale going on. Lots of coupons. Parking lot is easy to enter/exit. Great variety of products and typically well-stocked. Cons: Always under-staffed. Very hard to find knowledgable help. Main aisles cluttered with sale racks. Cashiers are ill-mannered children.

  I promise I’ll NEVER go back to the store I literally just had a quick question. An employee just completely ignored me I even said excuse me! I guess he was too busy talking about poker! I promise I stood next to him for 5 min and I was never even acknowledged! This store use to be my favorite, I have a Dick’s 5 min from my home but I USE to drive to this one because it was nice!!!!! One apple can really spoil the bunch! They will NEVER get a dollar of mine again!
