  I've been waiting to get the family together and take them all to dinner here. Well my birthday sounded good so I got 12 of us together and went. My mouth was watering all the way there with anticipation. Long story short we walked I and immediately heard an employee say to another "omg look at the herd that just walked in" We felt like cattle lol. The service was horrible, the food was worse, and the $180 tab about floored me. Never again.

  I ordered through Postmates and when my food arrived, the brisket was very dry, the salad was wilted and the mac and cheese was VERY disappointing. Since I ended up throwing my food away, I called and spoke with the manager to make them aware of the quality of the food. Michael was wonderful. He truly cared that my experience was not the best and refunded my entire meal through Postmates without my asking. He was very friendly and even though I may not ever eat at Dickey's again, his great customer care and professionalism will be remembered. Thank you Michael!

  Nothing worth getting is under $12. Being located in the mall all of your competitors has items you can get for under 10 and sometimes 5 dollars, that will be a legitimate meal for a quick lunch. The food is really not that great. And if you’re paying for their $56 catering meal I fully suggest taking that money and buying your own meat and cooking it at home. Or going up the street to Wild Hog! That place is Incredible.

  The brisket is friggin amazing. It's a little pricy but you really cant put a price on good taste and quality. I've lived down south on the other coast and this place for mall food is well worth it!

  Bad tasteless and flavorless food nothing to go crazy about, expensive very poor costumer service and really mess up horribly on my order i asked for 3 meats and they only gave me 2 slices of ribs on my plate like how can you mess up on a order this bad would rather go to applebees and get more premium food
