  We walked in a hour before closing and was told they were completely out of meat. We wanted sides, but they were completely out of that too. We came back about a week later since we had a Groupon, but was told after we ordered that they were no longer taking Groupon's. We had to changentact Groupon and get a refund, but still ate there. The only thing good was the corn bread. They brisket was dry and had no flavor. My husband had a sampler plate/tray and he was also disappointed. We ended up bring the BBQ home for our dog and going somewhere else.

  I went in today and they were out of almost all of their meats. I ordered a three meat plate of pretty much what they had left. When I got home they forgot to include my brisket which was the one thing I wanted out of what they had left. For 14.25 I felt ripped off; not only food wise but overall experience. I understand I probably could of called and went back to get, but that's just way too inconvenient. I hate writing a bad review but there was just too many things wrong with my experience today.

  We just ate here and Jesus and the cashier were thoughtful and efficient. It was clean and the beef brisket was delicious. Keep up the great work.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE. Both bathrooms were out of order and disgusting. No forks. No sweet tea. No ice. No carbonation in ANY of the soft drinks. Ribs were dry. I’ve been to this location before but I will not be returning!

  This was the worst experience that I ever had at a restaurant. I live in MN and we were visiting our family in Milwaukee. We were planning to do family BBQ from your restaurant since we ate at the one in MN and enjoyed it. I called to place our order over the phone since the Order Online option wasn't available. I called to order the XL Family Pack and was told they couldn't take a large order over the phone and we would have to go in person to place the order. After getting home, we learn that they left off 2 of the sides, we come back to pick it up.They ask us which items were missing, we told them the two items. The girl who took our order insisted that we ordered mashed potatoes and that she put them in the bag. After back and forth, they proceeded to fulfill the rest of our order. Somewhere along the way we had a heated exchange due to them wanting to argue about why we were mad. When we got home, our original food (meat, original sides) were cold, the meat was fatty and inedible and that was grounds to honestly have taken the food back. I have NEVER in my life had to curse at an employee of any establishment. I have never in my life experienced a restaurant so unwilling to say a simple apology and make amends with a customer. There were several times and opportunities to calm me down and make the situation right. Instead, they decided to provide additional commentary on why I shouldn't be mad. Customer service is missing from this place and so is flavor and taste. STAY AWAY!
