::Really disappointed by the care I received. I was in for a cleaning two weeks prior at that time I was told I had a few cavities, one in particular was deep and needed care. Over the two weeks it started to hurt not any extreme pain but more sensitive. We were leaving on a trip for my sisters wedding and wanted to make sure I wasn’t neglecting anything serious …… I was told now 2 weeks later I probably needed a root canal, I’m not a dentist but ok it was a deep cavity to begin with so possible but with me leaving on a trip that couldn’t be done. I had to beg to have a temporary filling placed so it wouldn’t be exposed over the next two weeks … and Dr. W wouldn’t even clean it out before placing the temporary filling. Come to find out I was charged for an emergency visit ….. in my world an emergency is a same day apt. Just seems like she really couldn’t be bothered I called back to say I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated and again they could not have cared less. My husband and I will not be returning as patients.
