  I ordered shirts on 3/5/18 for my slow pitch softball team. I trusted this company because I used them a couple times before. I got the shirts a couple weeks later and expected quality product. I actually had them design a logo on the front of the shirt for my friend who’s dad passed away from mesothelioma. When I got the shirts I noticed the logo looked crooked and small on the white shirt. I contacted the company and they basically told me they would fix the crooked ones but they would not fix the small logo. They were unprofessional and pretty rude basically acting like I did something wrong. That made me upset so I filled a PayPal claim because that’s how the transaction was made. I eventually lost the claim because PayPal doesn’t intervene with custom made orders. Diamond sports did reach out to me after that claim and said they would still fix the shirts. I went through the order of shirts again and found 10 out of 15 shirts crooked. I sent those back to be fixed and got them back this past Saturday. They fixed 5 out 10 and gave me 3 free shirts that I added to my order. That is still unacceptable that they didn’t fix all 10 shirts. This is their response after I called them out on not fixing all the shirts: At this point, I have tried to fix this issue. I understand your frustration, as I have tried many times to assist. Production replaced the 5 that were crooked that he saw and we sent the 3 new ones, at no cost, to assist with this. According to you, there were still 5 left that were crooked. I can still replace those or call it a wash at this point. The further we go with this, the more stress and frustration it will cause. We apologize that you were not happy with the approved logo on these jerseys. THIS RESPONSE IS UNACCEPTABLE!
