  With how many different processors that are available to small businesses, choose this one if you want to deal with careless, incompetent people who will go out of their way to scam you every step of the way if you don't read every statement cover to cover and look out for it. Buyer beware. The photo here is a picture of their extremely professional looking Chief Operating Officer (on the right). I don't like to say racism on peoples but this guy Jason Baker is as bigoted as I've ever met.

  Awful company. Promised me next day delivery of funds after credit card transactions, that lasted for about 2 months. Then it started to be 2 day delivery, then 3 day delivery. They use Goto Billing as their gateway, the representative assigned to my account was completely useless. Arbitrary fees, it would take me hours to figure out what and how they were charging me. No idea whether the fees were coming from their company or the GoTo Billing company. They would take random amounts of money out of my account for their transaction fees at random times which made it impossible to budget their expenses. I had to guesstimate what my bill would be with them every month because nothing was consistent. Not to mention, they are still charging me fees months AFTER I terminated my account with them. I had to have my bank put a stop payment so they stop taking money out of my account. No response or call back after I informed them that I am still being charged for their fees after my account has been terminated. Avoid like the plague unless you like getting surprise fees every month.
