  I have been a customer for many years and these guys never disappoint! Isaac and his family are amazing, helpful and honest. Westbury Jewelry is my goto place for everything. I highly recommend it!

  I have to say that I am shocked by the negative reviews. First off, I am very critical and if I don't like a place, I am not afraid to express it. If you are able to see my review history, you can see that for yourself. Over the past ten years I have bought four pieces of jewelry. A necklace, a ring, earrings, and now, a bracelet. My wife is a walking advertisement for them. She loves every piece. Why do I keep going back? They believe in customer loyalty, they have always had a great sense of humor. They are amicable, professional, and always offer a reasonable price for quality goods. Again, I am shocked by negative reviews. I trust these guys and I don't trust many people in business. I will definitely go to them again.

  Came Into the store looking to buy either a buddha or Saint Michael pendant and I was ignored like I smelled. No customer service at all not even a glance. I’m not the right skin color or I’m not dressed in a suit.

  Beware! Rude doesn't begin to describe it. I guess I didn't fit the "profile". Went in to see some options. Asked me if I was buying today. I said I'm still shopping for the right piece. Said he doesn't want to waste time. Come back when I'm ready to buy. Really? Not ever. Never see any parts of my business.

  Great place to do business with! Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly. Smooth, easy transaction. Left with a Rolex!!! We have a new jeweler!!!! Can't wait to go back. Thank you Robert :) Rose and Jim
