  I am currently a student here and these guys are terrible at communicating with students and not to mention they will blatantly lie so they don't look bad, like with me when I had an issue come up they said i was missing transcripts one from a school i had never attended and the other they had only I had to go into the school and show them on their own computer that the transcript was indeed there. When they were cornered they turned and blamed the VA (Veterans Administration) saying they were requesting transcripts from the school I had never attended. So i went on home to call the VA and when I got them on the phone they said they had no record of me even registering to that school and did not require any transcripts from me rather the issue was that DeVry had not sent out my credit hour certification therefore the VA was unable to process my paperwork. When I informed DeVry of this issue they simply replied with, "it was taken care of" they offered no explanation and when i replied requesting more information on what had gone wrong I stopped hearing from them, and still have not heard from them.

  DeVry University has helped me by making me realize that there is always a way to get a higher education. I am someone who did not do so well going to school on-campus. When I sought out how to get a bachelor's degree online, DeVry was the first University that reached out to me. What I appreciate the most was that DeVry made sure to be there every step of the way from Registration, to Orientation, to Enrollment. The staff at DeVry was always helpful and knowledgeable whenever I had a concern or question. Now that I am on-track to getting a bachelor's degree through online courses, I feel confident that I will be able to reach my goal of finally getting a degree, and perhaps pursuing further education.
