  So after being terrified to go to a salon after having my hair fried a few years ago, my fiance booked an appointment here for my birthday. Walking in I was nervous, but honestly couldn't have been any happier with the outcome. Normally I don't even talk at salons, but I felt so comfortable here. The stylist was so random and really knew exactly what to do, she even gave advice for my sons teething. Such a warm environment, with great prices, and product. This is truly a wonderful salon. Not to mention, the massage chairs you sit in while your hair gets shampooed. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back for sure.

  I had the worst experience at this salon. The owner Earlean is a smoker so I had to smell the stench of cigarettes through the whole appointment which was extremely gross. I had a deep conditioner, trim, and highlights. She only highlighted my roots wet but you cannot tell I had them done. I spoke to her requesting a refund for the highlights only because I am embarrassed with the outcome. She refused to give me a refund but did say she would redo the highlights. I honestly do not want to sit there smelling cigarettes and having her work on my hair a second time so I declined. The prices are also grossly over priced so I would not recommend this salon to anyone! There is a sign near the front door offering a 25% discount if you post a review on yelp so any good reviews on Yelp are done with a bribe for a discount.

  If you know what works for you, don't go to this salon. If you want someone to tell you what you should do to your hair, I'm sure you and Earlean will get along just fine. After insisting that curly styles don't work for me hair, she finally agreed to blow out my style. Unfortunately, she used a blow dryer with an attached brush. When I told her that I've used those in the past and I don't like the way my hair looks in the end. She told me that she won't blow my hair out with a round brush. Basically Earleen doesn't listen, is lazy and doesn't care and also smells like cigarette smoke. Gross and rude; go somewhere else!

  If you want a stylist who cares about your hair and knows exactly what she is doing, this is the place. Wonderful environment as well! Professional and warm.
