  I went to a Bach concert and had a very enjoyable experience. the staff was polite and very helpful. we had wine and cheese and some very beautiful music.the prices were a bit steep,but I took a brochure and I will see what happens.altogether a lovely way to spend a winter evening.

  A gallery for speakers. The products are exceptional, as is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. None of the snobbery of many boutique establishments on this block to be found here.

  We had heard about Devialet speakers from our daughter who took us to their store at SOHO for a demo. We were attended to by Johnathan Nguyen who was extremely knowledgeable about HiFi systems and walked us through the subtle differences between various Devialet offerings as well as how they compared to other offerings in the marketplace. The demo using a wide array of music was extremely useful in getting to appreciate the beautiful sound from Devialet Phantom Gold speakers and had us convinced to consider it for a purchase. As we live in Singapore, Johanthan provided us with all the answers to our follow up questions and also helped link us up with their official store in Singapore so that we could complete our purchase of Devialet Phantom Gold speakers. Would like to thank Johnathan for all his help and yes we do remember him and the tips he provided when we listen to music over our new Devialet Phantom Gold speakers!

  I just bought a pair of gold phantoms from Johnathan at the Soho store and the sound is truly outstanding. I was in the budget for a high end home system and found this brand at the Apple store last year. I heard the silver at the Apple store, but unfortunately to truly appreciate these speakers I recommend visiting the Soho store to get the full experience and be blown away, literally. The first thing that impresses you is the loudness and compactness of these speakers, but then you realize the richness and quality of the sound - I guess that's the magic of their analog/digital signal processing technology - that creates zero distortion. To keep it short, I went in to buy a silver and after mulling it over for a couple of weeks, I called up Johnathan to purchase a pair of golds.

  Went here last week and was super impressed with not just the staff and selection, but the presentation of the store itself. It's gorgeous. Staff was super helpful and patient with my questions. The Gold Phantom was especially impressive. Saving up to get one as soon as I can. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a high-end sound system.
