::Pro's: it's a big open space. Everyone and every dog is welcome. Its clean. There are bags in case you forget. Bowls and balls and a tree rope. Cons: There are usually a lot of big dogs. Small puppies have to watched closely. Needs: a separate area for small dogs. Some agility euipment.

::This was one of my favorite dog parks while I live downtown Detroit. I still enjoyed bringing my dog down to visit it. The people are friendly and there is a good community. The fences are sturdy and there is no way a dog can escape. Also it is long enough to throw a ball with a launcher at full force. Great spot!

::In need of repairs and regular maintenance. The park is a nice size, narrow but long enough for dogs to run, mostly grassed with a few trees. Secure fencing though holes are oddly large enough to let tennis balls pass straight through, which seems like an oversight. Poop bags and garbage on site though garbage was overflowing. The entrance needs repairs. Nice that there is a two door secure entrance however interior door is broken, will not latch and flooring is coming up, causing door not to open fully. Four stars as there are unfortunately no other decent options in the city. The Midtown dog park is a joke.

::If you have a dog and he's playful this is a place you should visit.
