::This was such a disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here after the Tigers game yesterday. Our waitress didn't come see us for the first 15 minutes. Normally, completely understandable because people get busy with multiple tables - but the place was not busy at all and we could see her just standing at the bar. We were disappointed about the pricing in comparison to what we received. The food was dry, unappealing, and honestly the worst thing I've ever tasted. My boyfriend got the duck fries which were soggy/mushy - for an extra $4 cost on his meal. I will probably never return here and wouldn't recommend anyone to spend the amount of money we did for such poor quality food/service.

::Great food and beer while staff dealt with surge crowd due to national sports event crowd ebb/flow between games

::Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We went there for a nice family outing before an event at Ford Field. It took 20 minutes to be seated, which I fully expected. After sitting for 15 minutes they finally came to our table to get our drink orders. At that time we placed our entire order because we could see they were busy. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, we finally got up and left because we were going to be late for our event. I don’t care if it’s busy or not, anyone who has been at your restaurant for a grand total of 1hour and 55 minutes should have had time to eat, if you can’t handle that, don’t have a restaurant downtown. Oh, also the table next to us got up and left because of the wait as well. We will NEVER go back to that place again.

::The worst dining experience in downtown Detroit. Group of 5, 45 minute wait while watching groups of 7-10 walk right in and be seated. Watched a table not see their waiter for 30+ minutes right by the door. U enthusiastic staff, struggling to keep up. Hostesses told us they were giving priority to large groups. Finally got seated to 6 open tables... Literally empty. Overheard a couple in the corner say they had been waiting for their food an hour. We got up and left. Absolutely shameful.

::I had a great time with my wife while waiting for our boys who were at concert event at Little Caesar's Arena. We enjoyed all ordered food items including one of the greatest nacho platters as well as a spectacular jambalaya dish. Wonderful service from waiter (Tyler) . Very helpful with knowledge of all beers. Thanks for a beautiful evening!
