  Called weslande at 7:55 have to be to work at 8:30 It's 8:30 am just getting on a highway am paying 18 dollars more then I would with lyft or uber .... am traveling with my baby took forever to find the seat buckle.to fasten in the car seat they also drove passed me and I'm flailing my arms back n fourth with a car seat after that someone showed up 6 minutes later. Am a single mother on nonpublic assistance and I'm sure that I will be fired today so thank you Weslande I appreciate you customer service and experience. I'm sure that taxi companies wonder why lyft and uber are so in demand that this is why I'm paying you more to get me where I need to be late and she passed my exit just now

  Worst cab service ever told me they would call me when they were downstairs never called and when I called them to check where they were they pulled off on me as I was coming down the elevator worst attitude and they over charge
