  Very nice trailer court very quiet clean pretty safe neighbors are decent elderly and some seniors lots of stuff to do two pools and Clubhouse call and see what they have to offer.....BEAR

  Places are big and we'll priced... Nice neighbors lots of kids... Have remodeled rooms for rent... Not far from two main busses...

  Management has been very rude an non professional. Maybe if they had a different person managing the place, it would be a nice environment.

  Alot of theives running around steeling. Arizona Pipeline co.tearing up and ruining the streets.

  Manager is a crazy racist, don't move here you will live uncomfortable. Nothing but bs rules no peace of mind living here they'll call the tow truck on you if you leave your car parked on the street for more than 10mins some trailers have black mold in them as well, prostitutes and drug dealer you see on boulder hwy reside here
