  My son recently purchased a bracelet for his girlfriend at D'Errico's in Mt Kisco. It turned out that the bracelet had some sort of factory-related manufacturing defect (having nothing to do with D'Errico's) and needed to be replaced. Richie D'Errico worked with us to replace the bracelet with a new one and delivered it in a timely manner. My take-away -despite the inconvenience- is, overall, very positive. Richie stands behinds his product and makes good on his promise to deliver satisfaction. Throughout the experience, Richie was pleasant and accommodating. He even enclosed a note of apology to my son which meant a lot to him. And oh, by the way, the bracelet is beautiful. You learn a lot about a person and a place of business when things don't go perfectly. I learned that Richie D'Errico is a good guy who cares about his customers, who honorably stands behind his work and who crafts beautiful jewelry and it is for these reasons that I would shop at D'Errico again without hesitation.
