  I have been going to this group for at least 15 years. I dread every visit but it seems to be the only game in town. There are only 2 drs. that are still there from the beginning . The group is always changing and I can understand why. The front desk makes all the decisions . You cannot speak to a doctor. I have been told one thing, and the doctor will tell me that they never said that. My recent visit was the last straw. They not only kept me from speaking to a doctor, they held a prescription back that the doctor wrote for me. I feel for the new doctor there that I saw who I will not go back to because of the front dest. There are more options now in Rockland County. Take them.

  Although Dr. Goldstein is a good doctor, the staff is inept and direspectful. Kept on hold for over twenty minutes at a time. Wrong prescriptions called in twice. Told I would receive a call back from the nurse ( since I was in pain)... received a call a week and a half later! Then they had my appointment time wrong. I suffered for a month and am still am suffering until I find a new doctor.

  Was finally seen by a doctor 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment which I got there 10 minutes early for. The doctor said they sent my prescription over electronically to the cvs pharmacy across the street, the next day when I got to the pharmacy there was nothing for me, I had to go back to their office and tell them they never sent it.

  I’ve seen other, negative reviews but I myself don’t agree with them. I had a great experience at this dermatologist office, from check-in up through the end of my appointment and would definitely recommend going here.

  If you like to waste time and burn money, this is the place for you. Was the first appointment and waited 35 minutes. I held up my end of the bargain and got there on-time. Once i went in, the doctor was with me for all of 30 seconds and gave me no information. Told me to talk to a general surgeon even though other doctors all referred me to a skin doctor. Was asked 3 times if skin cancer ran in the family, i answered yes, you would think they would do a quick check for anything, but no. Biggest waste of money i have ever seen.
