::Dropped by the store on Olive Street today and had the most wonderful experience. The staff members are extremely kind and helpful! They asked me questions about the products that I was interested in and I left with a bag of goodies - samples of my favourite brands :) I would suggest that any LA beauty lover stops by to meet the friendly staff and purchase the best professional/quality items on the market without the additional wait-time and shipping costs!!!

::I bought couple of items from this seller, my package got lost or stolen. I filled a complaint for replacement or refund. They don't have insurance. My case was never resolved. This seller is not serious! Stay away!
