::Inexpensive treatments but the technicians don't ever do a thorough job and you can see it when your hair grows back patchy as some parts were missed. Many times I have to ask them to get the full leg including the ankle and I always leave feeling they missed parts or just went over it once. Only Aswa has done a great job, she went over the same parts over and over plus took breaks by doing other parts in between so it wouldn't burn and we'd go back to that part after. Other technicians just stop once you say it hurts and don't care to go back after, plus they only go over once and do the minimal area (like belly line should be almost up to the breasts, they only do a tiny circle around the belly button and go once down). ALSO, please respect your customers' time more. Many times I felt that women who came after me with later appts were let in first. I asked a girl who came in 10 mins after me once and she said "Oh no I just came in and asked if there was space", and she was let in before me.?? If patients don't show up after 15 mins of their appt, they are denied the appt and charged apparently, but Dermaclinic is allowed on the daily to keep you waiting 30 minutes or more, yet no big deal?

::Horribleeee!! why making appnt when everytime you go you have to wait more than an hour to get your service done, it is true that you get what you pay for, so that membership for $50 a month its not worth a penny, the hydra and rejuvenation facial they dont last not even 10 min. so you wait for 2 hours to get a service for less than 10 min. the teeth whitening is the worse of all!! you'll walk out with the same color you walked in so don't get exited!! im canceling my membership ASAP and I just got it, this was my first month! You guys need better customer service, do not overbook, and get more seats! if there is a waiting time because of the bad coordination at least have seats available for all your customers.

::I recommend this place to everyone! The staff is very professional, the prices are amazing. I am currently doing laser hair removal and i bought a package for the Vella Shape. I love the results that I am seeing so far. I will write another review once i finish but so far its been great.

::The worst organization of the business EVER!!!!!!!!! I’ve had multiple situations when I wouldn’t say anything and let it go but it’s the last drop. I booked the teeth whitening online, got the confirmation. Left my work looking forward to get some nice treat for myself after a long week. I spent 30 minutes in the traffic trying to get there for my appointment. And they were closed!!!!!!!! The girls told me “I’m so sorry, I don’t how did that happen”. But why would I care?!!!! I booked it online! Again! I don’t have time in my life for this kind of stuff! Always huge lines always waiting, cancelling last minute, and now this!! You are showing a huge disrespect to your clients like that!! I’m not just frustrated, I really don’t feel like using your services any more and I’ll make sure to spread the word.

::They started out good and have gone downhill as have their attitudes. Cheaper yes but remember you get what you pay for. Velashape treatments last 5 minutes not 15 which is why they don’t work. Facials are done extremely rough. I was going to try Soprano Ice but they always run so late now. At least 1 hour. Unprofessional! Not enough staff and they overbook like airlines. Never again!!
