Upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars after dropping off 4 pairs of footwear for a variety of repairs but there are two that I would like to highlight. I was "talked into" resouling a pair of dress shoes that I received as a gift and could not be more happy with the end result. The other was suede boots were stained from a food cart adventure; I don't know how they did it but they nailed it. ------ My first time here my experience with the staff was very good I just left feeling the pricing was a tad high, but being new to the area I thought little of it. The second time here I was charged half of what I was before for the same service. Since there pricing on Square just read "custom" I have no idea how to shop around. They did solid work, but because of the price variance, I might look elsewhere before taking things back here.

I randomly walked by these folks and inquired about an unorthodox request for a repair [vintage heirloom book] that has been declined by 3 other places. The gentleman working the counter was honest about his concerns and what a best-case scenario looked like, but was willing to take a look at it. They completely mended the book as much as it could be so that it can live a while longer in the family and it means the world to me. I'm grateful for the timely customer service, willingness to go outside of the [shoe] box for me and expertise. I'm happy to recommend and use in the future for any shoe needs

I’ve always had the best experience here. The staff has been able to figure out what the shoes need, even when I am not explaining it well.

Took my 15 year old hiking boots for a resole. They gave me a couple repair options at different price points, but recommended a complete replacement of the rubber portion. I opted for the more expensive restoration and couldn't be happier. For $95 I essentially have a brand new pair of hiking boots. They cleaned them and replaced the laces at no extra charge. Highly recommend!
