::Upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars after dropping off 4 pairs of footwear for a variety of repairs but there are two that I would like to highlight. I was "talked into" resouling a pair of dress shoes that I received as a gift and could not be more happy with the end result. The other was suede boots were stained from a food cart adventure; I don't know how they did it but they nailed it. ------ My first time here my experience with the staff was very good I just left feeling the pricing was a tad high, but being new to the area I thought little of it. The second time here I was charged half of what I was before for the same service. Since there pricing on Square just read "custom" I have no idea how to shop around. They did solid work, but because of the price variance, I might look elsewhere before taking things back here.

::I randomly walked by these folks and inquired about an unorthodox request for a repair [vintage heirloom book] that has been declined by 3 other places. The gentleman working the counter was honest about his concerns and what a best-case scenario looked like, but was willing to take a look at it. They completely mended the book as much as it could be so that it can live a while longer in the family and it means the world to me. I'm grateful for the timely customer service, willingness to go outside of the [shoe] box for me and expertise. I'm happy to recommend and use in the future for any shoe needs

::I’ve always had the best experience here. The staff has been able to figure out what the shoes need, even when I am not explaining it well.

::Took my 15 year old hiking boots for a resole. They gave me a couple repair options at different price points, but recommended a complete replacement of the rubber portion. I opted for the more expensive restoration and couldn't be happier. For $95 I essentially have a brand new pair of hiking boots. They cleaned them and replaced the laces at no extra charge. Highly recommend!
